Since 2006 the CN Tower has had an 85.2% reduction in Green House Gas emissions.  
(2006 GHG emissions were 5.1 metric tons- 2017 GHG emissions were 0.75 metric tons)

We're helping to grow butterfly populations with the addition of a new pollinator garden at the base of the CN Tower!

What We Have Done

Upgraded 25 year old inefficient chillers
Retrofit to LED lighting systems
Educated staff, tenants and vendors on energy and water conservation best practices
Converted water cooled refrigeration to air cooled systems
Upgraded to low flow plumbing fixtures
Installed food digesting system to maximize diversion rate
