Ticketing Policies and Guest Information

To ensure physical distancing within the building, CN Tower admission will be limited to timed tickets only. Buying online in advance will allow you to better secure your desired date and time of visit. Guests can purchase tickets up to 30 days ahead of visiting. If you want to upgrade your ticket to access SkyPod, at 33 storeys higher than the observation level, this can be done onsite pending availability.

Ticket sales will also be available onsite and can be purchased from our self-serve kiosks, located on the west side of our entrance plaza. Self-serve kiosks accept all major debit and credit cards.

Guests using coupons or other partner discounts will need to visit Guest Services, located on the east side of our entrance plaza. Guests may make onsite payments using a debit or credit card. We are now a cashless facility.

Redeeming Tickets

All guests with previously purchased tickets (including Sea the Sky, CityPASS), will be required to obtain an entry time. If your ticket does not indicate an entry date or time, please email tickets@cntower.ca no later than 10 p.m., the day before their planned visit with:

  • Your preferred time of visit (morning, midday, or early evening).

Our Guest Services team will endeavour to find an available entry time suitable for your party’s visit, however entry times are subject to availability. Tickets cannot be redeemed over the phone.
