1. For ticket delivery problems ONLY, email tickets@cntower.ca. For venue questions consult www.cntower.ca.

2. CN Tower reserves the right to request ID of the Purchaser for tickets sold from this site.

3. Tickets grant a revocable license to the holder, or their designate, for one time admission, as well as use of applicable attractions (subject to age/height/time restrictions) on any regularly scheduled day of operation.

4. All hours and operating schedules are subject to change without notice and all attractions or events are subject to closing or cancellation due to weather conditions or venue capacity.

5. Tickets may not be used with any other promotional offer unless specifically designated.

6. Tickets and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable, cannot be sold, and will not be replaced if expired, destroyed, lost or stolen. Tickets may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other purposes without the prior written consent of CN Tower management.

7. Use of tickets by anyone other than the purchaser (or whom they have designated) will result in confiscation of the tickets without refund and ejection from the premises. Ticket permits access to only those attractions indicated on the ticket.

8. Management reserves the right to revoke tickets at any time without refund if misused, abused, or if the holder fails to abide by the policies, rules and regulations of CN Tower. Ticket holders may be removed at any time by refund of the purchase price.

9. The holder of tickets agrees to the posted regulations and conditions of use of CN Tower.

10. Tickets must be presented at the admission gates upon visit without exception or full admission and attraction fees will apply.

11. Elevation Advisory! CN Tower advises caution if you suffer from a heart condition, high blood pressure or any balance impairment.

12. Photographs or video tape taken at CN Tower may not be used for any commercial purpose. Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (“CN Tower“) reserves the right to take photographs/video of guests while on CN Tower premises which may be used by CN Tower or any third-party contracting with CN Tower for marketing, commercial or promotional purposes. Such photos and videos shall remain the intellectual property of the CN Tower. CN Tower management reserves the right to remove from the premises those visitors breaking any law or regulation, without compensation.

13. Release - Ticket holder assumes all risks and danger of, and releases Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, CN Tower, and their management, partners, agents or employees from any liability for personal injury, property loss or damage, whether occurring prior to, during or after visiting CN Tower premises and whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Conditions of use for tickets

Payment options for tickets purchased onsite include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Interact and pre-paid gift cards. Payment options for tickets purchased online include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. We are now a cashless facility. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes not included in published prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Children aged two (2) years and younger receive complimentary admission to the CN Tower.

Protect your ticket. The unique barcode allows only ONE ENTRY. Following the scanning process the barcode is instantly cancelled prohibiting re-use. When presenting tickets onsite you may do so either on your smart device or in printed form (valid as a black and white or colour print out).  If you choose to print your online-purchased tickets, please note that CN Tower has no ability to reprint your tickets onsite so please print your ticket before arrival.

A timed ticket is valid for ONE ENTRY to the LookOut Level only, on the date/time specified on the ticket. Timed ticket holders should plan to arrive at least ten (10) minutes in advance of the entry time stated on the ticket.

Family Pass consists of 2 Adult (aged 14+) Timed General Admission tickets and any combination to a maximum of 2 Child (3-5) or Youth (6-13) Timed General Admission tickets. A maximum of 2 Family Pass packages per transaction. Family Pass available for sale online only.

Maximum of eight (8) tickets per online transaction.

Unauthorized duplication or sale will prevent admission to CN Tower. Do not buy from any source other than CN Tower, otherwise you will not be able to verify that this is an original valid ticket. Package tickets may be purchased through an approved partner (approved partners include Ripley's Aquarium and CityPASS). CN Tower is not responsible for any inconvenience due to unauthorized duplication, and reserves the right to deny admission. Admission is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and CN Tower conditions of use which can be obtained from the CN Tower or at www.cntower.ca . Failure to comply with the rules may result in non-admission or expulsion.

All ticket sales are final; tickets are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be re-printed onsite. All ticket sales are subject to any public health measures taken by CN Tower to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, which measures may change over time.  These measures may include denying entry to persons who (i) have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days, (ii) have a fever, or (iii) refuse to provide contact information to support reasonable contact tracing measures.  For more information on measures currently deployed at the CN Tower, see https://www.cntower.ca/en-ca/plan-your-visit/health-and-safety.html

SkyPod is only available for timed elevation.  Timed-ticket General Admission purchasers may elect to purchase SkyPod onsite on the LookOut Level, pending availability.

CityPASS holders please visit the CityPASS Travel Guide at least 24 hours in advance of your visit and enter your CityPASS ticket info for up to 10 people, to choose your CN Tower date/time of visit. To schedule a visit within 24 hours, please email tickets@cntower.ca. Additional EdgeWalk Terms and Conditions

1. Walkers must:

Weigh more than 75 lbs/34 kg and less than 310 lbs/140 kg

be 13 yrs. of age or older.  Ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian to provide written consent. (Parent / legal guardian does not need to accompany EdgeWalker on the "Walk") 

Be in good physical health, have full body control and hand-eye-foot coordination and able to walk independently (without walking aids or medical devices

2. You may not participate in the EdgeWalk if:

Pregnant

Have broken bones

Have undergone surgery in the last 6 months or are experiencing ongoing symptoms

Have experienced a seizure in the past 6 months and do not hold a driver's license for this reason

Have chest pain or shortness of breath

Under the influence of any drug (legal or illegal) or alcohol

3. The following conditions may impact the ability to Walk safely:

All heart conditions (including high blood pressure)

All respiratory conditions

Missing or partly missing limbs (prosthetics are not permitted)

Vertigo, dizziness or loss of balance

Visual impairment (except those wearing prescription glasses or contact lenses)

4. Prior to participating in EdgeWalk, Walkers will be subject to:

Screenings for narcotics, explosives and alcohol consumption

Metal detection and physical pat down to remove all fall hazards

The only allowable personal article (other than clothing) on the EdgeWalk is eye glasses

5. CN Tower reserves the right to request ID of the Purchaser for tickets sold.

8. EdgeWalk reserves the right to decline participation or modify an individual walk experience. The health and safety conditions of the walk are subject to change at CN Tower’s discretion.

Wheelchair accessible EdgeWalk

What is a wheelchair accessible EdgeWalk?

It’s a specially designed wheelchair to allow wheelchair using participants who meet our criteria the opportunity to experience the thrill of EdgeWalk. The existing safety equipment harness and overhead trolley system are exactly the same. We have adapted the participant suit for ease of dressing and there is a uniquely designed one piece wheelchair which has its own attachment to the overhead trolley.
